How to Get a Seneca County Marriage License
Both people must show up at the clerk's office at the same time. You can't send one person alone. Bring your birth certificates with raised seals and a photo ID like a driver's license or passport. If you were married before, bring your final divorce papers or a death certificate for your former spouse. The clerk will ask for your Social Security numbers and basic info about your parents.
